国家心血管病中心发布的《中国心血管健康与疾病报告2022》显示，我国心血管疾病发病率持续上升，推算心血管疾病现患人数超3亿，心血管疾病正困扰着不少人。

研究进一步证实，想让心血管处于健康状态，需要多管齐下，具体来说应做到以下几点：
